New Operational Programme for INTERREG EUROPE is published: public consultation is open
What are the follow-ups of DANTE project? Will there be other EU funding opportunities for ICT and tourism in the next programming period for interregional cooperation projects?

Please dicover here the new draft of the Operational Programme (OP) for the interregional cooperation programme: INTERREG EUROPE, which has just been published on 10th January 2014 (click here to see this OP).

This programme aims to enable exchange of experience, knowledge and good practices among relevant stakeholders from different European regions, through 4 thematic objectives:

  • Strengthening research, technological development and innovation
  • Enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs
  • Supporting the shift towards a low-carbon economy in all sectors
  • Protecting the environment and promoting resource efficiency

In addition, a public consultation is open up to 21st March 2014: all relevant stakeholders throughout Europe, i.e. local, regional and national authorities, economic and social partners as well as bodies representing thematic groupings and civil society, including environmental partners, non-governmental organisations, etc are invited to answer to this consultation, to share their comments on this OP.
